The 1st China-Israel Investment Summit was held at China World Hotel on January 4 ~ 6, 2016 in Beijing . Summit was co-sponsored by the Israeli Ministry of Economic Affairs, the Ministry of Science and Technology, the Israeli Embassy in China, and Infinity Group. Yin Hejun, Vice Minister of the Ministry of Science and Technology of China, Ma Teng, Israeli Ambassador to China, and Yuval Stenitz, Minister of National Infrastructure Energy and Water Resources of Israel, attended the conference and delivered speeches.

The 1st China-Israel Investment Summit attracted more than 2,300 investors and business representatives. 130+ Israeli technology innovation companies attended, over 80 speakers were presented during the Summit. 4,000+ B2B meetings were successfully held in total, and facilitated US$ 1 billion worth in deals.

The Summit covered multiple industries, like life sciences, telecommunication and Internet, clean technology, agricultural technology, industrial applications, smart cities etc., It opened a new chapter in investment and cooperation between China and Israel.
